Improve the Aesthetic and Design of 5 Wordpress Sites

Reposting a job I posted earlier with more clarification. I operate 5 content wordpress sites. All use the GeneratePress theme and i want to keep it that way. I need someone who can provide and implement design improvements so the sites look more professional and impressive. I will give you some sites to generally model the ideas after, but I really want your input on what you recommend too. This is not simply executing a checklist. The winning candidate will: 1. Be able to provide design and aesthetic improvements to the first site, as we agree on the look and feel that we want 2. Then apply the look and feel to the other 4 sites 3. Have a good design eye 4. Be able to implement the design changes in Wordpress GeneratePress (I will give you WP-Admin access) 5. Have an understanding of the plugins required to accomplish the design improvements 6. Be aware of how design improvements may impact SEO or site speed 7. Be able to show a portfolio of previous projects where they have configured and implemented improved Wordpress designs I would like the first site done in a week. I would like the following sites done in the following week. 2 weeks total. YOUR PRICE NEEDS TO REFLECT THE FIXED, ALL-IN PRICE FOR COMPLETION FO THE 5 SIMILAR SITES! I want a who can make my site look more professional and flow better. I actually have 5 sites, and I would like them all to use the same look and feel.... and all Using the GeneratePress theme as its base. To be considered for this job, you must have a portfolio of wordpress sites that you have made look really good.
