Need Full Stack Developer into the team

Hiring a full-time developer into our team. We are a small team that created a 6-digit success on a single physical product minimum viable product into an old industry that we are looking to disrupt. We are now exploring to go out of existing platforms into our own front - Website, Content, Guide etc... The category is in the acoustic industry. Even though the growth is fast, we need to be very cautious in deploying capital since turnover of inventory is quicker than expected. We are looking for a talented developer that is excited to work with us on this project and don't mind taking a smaller income until the new business model is proven viable.
