We are kindly asking to first read our full description before placing your entry.
We are looking for professional freelancer with previous experience to create a CMS search engine/website for properties similar to Rightmove. [url removed, login to view] is a large project because needs to be able to list and upload many many different properties in the UK. No limit.
Things that are very important for us are:
- interface to be user friendly ,simple and clear, which makes it quick to find appropriate property
*first screen - sale and let and town/ city
*second screen - options to find all types of properties
This engine/website has to be designed to help agents upload their properties on the website and has options to upload it automatically from the program that agent uses eg. Vebra or he/she can do it manually and register, pay online.
If manually, the photos of the property need to upload at once (eg. 15 at the same time); option to either upload a 180, 360 degrees view of surroundings street and floor plans.
The files that can be attached on web site should be all common types of photos, common video types and pdf files.
We would need Website, mobile phone compatible web site and mobile app. It would also need to be integrated with Righmove, have a blog and linked to Twitter, Facebook and instagram. Plus email notifications, SEO for first month then small extra additional payment for this will be paid per month. Also you will be responsible for hosting the website and all technical issues.
We would like our service to be positioned and very easy to find with keywords. (eg. if somebody will search for "rent house" our website would appear on first search page) for Google etc.
