Responsive HTML and CSS Layout

I am looking to have 2 layouts done for a static HTML website.
My current website is: [login to view URL]
What I am looking for is to replicate a similar layout for 2 specific pages:
1. The landing page
2. The product page (ex: [login to view URL])
The requirements are:
1. 1 HTML template for the landing page - it's not necessary to replicate all the content.
2. 1 HTML template for a product page.
3. 1 CSS file with responsive layout for landing page
4. 1 CSS file with responsive layout for product page
5. It's not necessary to replicate the color scheme, only layout.
6. It's not necessary to replicate the layout exactly, as long as it is similar.
7. For the product page, It's not necessary to include product options and purchasing button - I will be adding the feature myself with paypal buttons and shopping cart.
8. No need to worry about "Search" and "View cart " in page header.
9. No need for javascript
All I'm looking for really is a layout skeleton so that I can convert to a static HTML website. I will be responsible for content and images.
