SAAS/Web Portal functional prototype

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create a prototype for our SAAS/web portal.
The aim of the prototype is to be able to pitch for further financing.
We are looking for a prototype that will be interactive (navigation through pages, forms to fill in skip logic mode, conditional access to areas upon login) – No storage, no data base at this point are required.
Due to the sensitive nature of our project, we'll provide only a high-level overview of the portal's main characteristics.
A PowerPoint mimicking the navigation and flowchart will be provided.
A google form mimicking the skip logic questionnaire will be provided.
Corporate identity and visuals will be provided
Project Scope:
1. Landing Page:
- Marketing content.
- Service presentation.
- Video link to YouTube.
- Access to a quiz and scorecard.
- Login access.
2. 3 User Areas:
Access upon login (A1; admin1; SP1)
a. Administration Section(admin1):
- Supervision of all areas.
- Access and profile management.
- Management of requests.
b. Applicant Area(A1):
- A branch logic questionnaire.
- Document upload screen.
- Dashboard screen.
- Asynchronous communication screen.
c. Service Provider Area(SP1):
- Dashboard screen.
- Asynchronous communication screen.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in web development and mock-up creation.
- Experienced with WordPress.
- Adherence to strict confidentiality.

Project should be delivered in wordpress format (import via “All-In-One WP Migration”)
