Simple Vacation Rental Wordpress Website
I need a vacation rental site for 8 properties. I am thinking about buying and using this theme [login to view URL] - if you have a different theme you are familiar with, prefer, or can provide, let me know in your bid; otherwise this project will use that theme.
Whatever theme we use it has to have a booking functionality with calendar and a means to sync with AirBNB and VRBO.
I need the following:
Homepage with large screen sized slider, logo inserted top left
A Dropdown with 8 properties listed, each of these property pages needs a slider, a picture gallery, a basic informational area with amenities listed, and rental calendar feature. I will provide photos, I will provide rental rates, and there will be seasonal rates for each property. You need to put in all the rates and seasonal rates and photos and get each of these 8 pages set up.
Set up iCal sync with VRBO and AirBNB – experience with “Hotel Booking Manager” plugin might be helpful, that is what that template comes with.
I need some type of SEO plugin installed, so I can add title tags and description tags.
One additional page is needed, a few photos and some text there, it will highlight attractions in the area.
Also a contact page.
NOTE i chose "very small project" and not micro project, but I am not looking to pay much more than $250, it would be great if I could pay less.
NOTE I have familiarity working with Wordpress sites once they are built, I can get in there and edit stuff, I do not have familiarity with managing calendars related to rentals, so I do need to understand how to use this hotel manager plugin, how to set rates, how to associate properties etc. so that is part of this project, making sure I understand how to do everything related to that.
