Styling Twitter feeds

I would like to hire a css designer to help style twitter feeds that would be displayed in 3 possible positions on a full screen (No address bar, chrome etc) webpage. The feeds when displayed would look exactly the way twitter styles its embedded widget for websites, containing the tweet text, urls, mentions, hash tags and cash tags.
The 3 positions the tweet may appear include;
1. The tweet appearing centered in a full-screen window with or without a side bar and a bottom bar,
2. The tweet appearing in a right or left side bar with something else covering the remaining space on the screen (that is, left blank and will be filled by my own team),
3 The tweet appearing in a top or bottom bar with something else covering the remaining space on the screen (that is, left blank and will be filled by my own team)
Note, the idea is to style a tweet at a time and animate the next tweet in and current tweet out. Only the css and the html is needed for this project.
