Tennis League: Web/App development

The Phuket Tennis League (PTL) [login to view URL], would like to enhance its website and functionalities across different phases of development as we see it: Phase 1 A) Integrate the sign up form/process and connect it to the purchase of PTL licenses on our website. This also means automatic email reminds for PTL Licenses renewal/expiration and database centralisation with automation of new future entries. B) Automatically generate a player’s profile once a player signs up and payment is confirmed. Player profile will include information from sign up form, photo and matches history. C) Live player’s ranking linked to each player profile The points must compute automatically or with very little input from PTL then rank players by points. This ranking must only be accessed by PTL players with a valid license (otherwise called a "PTL Player Pass”) Phase 2: - Duplicate website and functionalities into another of our domain names - Advise on the best set up and hosting solution to do so Phase 3: - Internal chat feature for players to communicate instantly in order to arrange their matches (could be done as a simplistic mobile app or integrated to the website/webapp). - Each player input data after each match (match scores, location and photo) which then informs the points and rankings automatically. - Match-Making App/Algorithm (paid function for each friendly match arranged by the league) - Court/Lessons Booking System To date, PTL has: - 80+ player profiles among which 50+ are active across 3 different categories (all info already captured in google sheet database). - 200+ matches organised with 2 events including a major event called PTL Masters held in February 2021. - 30+ partners and sponsors. - Wordpress theme site with WooCommerce and Multilingual plugin (Namecheap Stellar Plus Hosting Package) - Sign up forms with google forms (for players, coaches and partners) - Google Sheet for point calculation and rankings per category, mirrored for players to view on our website via a private area with log-in. - Facebook/IG accounts - Whatsapp/Line Group for signed up players.
