Admin must be able to maintain each Business Client or Individual Drivers, Security and Payment Module Business Client may have one or multiple Driver and Vehicle Driver may or may not have vehicle First Milestones: ================= A. Delivery Manager - Upload Manifest file from Excel, Text file located in a designated folder (as per Config file) to manifest Table - or Scan and read the invoice details to populate the to manifest Table - Sum up total Invoice, Allocation and un-allocated on the top of the screen - Allocate each invoice to a Person and/or to a Vehicle - alert when Weight, Pallet and Drops etc exceeds on Vehicle Table - Invoice sort facility on most of the column - Rows can be moved up and down for organising the order sequence sequence automatically. - click on each record to see the details (as per agreed template) B. Driver Screen(same screen as above but user can onnly see their allocated work) - each Person much login to see their allocation - Get the google map of the customer address (or any address) - On delivery get the signature from customer and capture IP address and Longitude and latitude for identifying location using a location icon next to each record - Email and SMS notification on each signature and/or pic - Damaged Item Qty and Pic of Damaged Item before or during delivery C Must appear On every Users Screen(same screen as above but user can only see their allocated work) if manifest bid flag is on Second Milestones ================= Admin section: Load Invoice Detail File Master file maintenance (Identical layout) - Client Master, Driver Master, Vehicle Master, Manifest File and populate Order , Customer, Invoice files from manifest file and after uploading the manifest file (file structure will be provided each file with 25 fields approx grouped on 4 to 5 tab on the manifest screen with common fields on each file would be as follows created by , date created, last maintained by, Last Maintained date, IP Address, Longitude , L attitude, Status & Client Code ) Config file, Delivery Details Third Milestones ================= Payment: Each Client/Driver can pay using Monthly or Annuallyoron vehicle or Driver from one off and subscription based payment Security: Roles allocated to registered user as Admin, Business Client Admin, Driver, Supervisor, User Etc Technology ========== Website & Apps using ASP.NET, HTML5, MYSQL/MS SQL (Config), Responsive including the table data responsiveness. Must use a template of choice to cut time on UI and focus development time for a quick development or can also provide the template. A complete understanding of this project is important to deliver the same - I shall discuss with interested party before awarding this project. Payment will be made only when the product is ready- however I will deposit the milestone amount as I see the milestones work is completed.
