I am currently structuring a remittance company targeted at online Merchants (Ebay, Amazon, Personal site stores etc). So currently Jamaican residents have difficulty in collecting funds earned from their PayPal accounts and when they do, it usually takes 3-4weeks from their banks. I want to create a pipeline for clients to receive their funds next day. To do so they will have to transfer the requested funds from their Paypal Account to my Companies Paypal, we will then take a 5% service charge for all transactions and convert the funds to JMD before issuing the funds from our front office to the respective client in just 24hrs after transfer. Functionality of the site: Before any Client can start sending and receiving funds they would need to register on the site: -Online Store Name -Store website/URL if its one a host site(Amazon, EBAY etc) -Company Information(Operators full name, address, type of business, area of operation, area shipped to) -Operators local Information (Full Address, 2 forms of ID, Local bank Name if applicable) - Paypal account names and email addresses functioning with Online business -Registered email address to receive notifications. I would like to be able to confirm registration and I would like the clients to be able to do the transfers from their Paypal to my Paypal on the Website securely once we send them and online invoice.
