Our existing website ([login to view URL]) is outdated and also no longer maintainable. We want to develop a new (and, in fact, simpler) site, preferably using WordPress. The basic functionality will not require user login. It will facilitate potential job seekers sending us their resumes, and will utilize an uncomplicated method for tracking whether we already have someone's resume on file (and asking if they want to upload a new one). This will require MySQL and some simple coding. The site will be hosted on AWS. A KEY REQUIREMENT is that the site be dual language (English and Thai) and utilize SEO "best practices" for a dual language web site. The attached file has a more complete spec.
