I would like to hire a Website Manager

We are a community radio station with an existing website that is OK but limited in some ways that create extra work for us. We have created our own website that integrates online payments, with our membership CRM and then exports to our financial accounting package QBO. We want to switch from using our current website to our new website, but are not sure how to "redirect it" or swap from the old to the new. We would like someone to oversee the process of changing over and manage the transfer and its associated administration, so the user basically just types in the same website address, and goes to the new website, not the old, current one. Hope that all makes sense! lol I think it would be a fairly short term job based on the above description, but happy to discuss what is actually involved.
