How to use Net Assembly in Delphi win32

Hi, I need to be able to call .NET Assemblies from within delphi 2007 for win32. I already managed to do it. I used [login to view URL] for it. But unfortunately it works only when the assembly is located in the same directory as the exe. Unfortunately, I need the Assembly to be located somewhere else. What I need from you is: 1. download my approach from [login to view URL] 2. look into NETUtils.pas. There you will find 4 Functions with my comments there. You will have to rewrite them so the application can access the Net Assembly "asm\[login to view URL]" and no longer from the same folder in which the exe is placed. I tried to register the assembly with regasm and gacutil but this did not work... So I suppose, the problem is inside my usage of the jclDotnet unit... Please help, its urgent..
