Need simple 2 page C# Metro application

I need a simple two page Metro application (written in C# and XAML) that does the following:

*** FIRST PAGE ***

* First page should show "My Game" text in center of screen with raised, 3D lettering (style should mimic text in attached image)

* First page should have an AppBar (at the bottom of the window as in attached image) with the following options

New Game

Resume Game

Achievements

Statistics

Options

How to Play

* In addition to the text, each of the AppBar options should have the following icons where the icon is situated above the text (as in the attached image)

New Game (Similar to the Microsoft Office new icon - Document with asterisk in upper left corner)

Resume Game (Arrow as shown in attached image)

Achievements (Trophy as shown in attached image)

Statistics (Vertical bar graph as shown in attached image)

Options (Gear as shown in attached image)

How to Play (Similar to Microsoft Office help icon - white question mark inside of blue circle)

* The New Game and Resume Game options should display the second page of the application. The first page needs to indicate to the second page if this is a new game or a continued game (Resume Game option)

* All other options should simply display a message that states "Not implemented yet". (I'll code these)

*** SECOND PAGE ***

* The second page needs to have an icon in the upper left corner for returning to the first screen

* Situated below the icon, the second page should have a grid that takes up the remainder of the page

* The grid should autosize with the application

* The first cell of the grid should state if the game is a new game or a resumed game - simply put text indicated "New" or "Resumed" based on what the user selected on the first page (New Game or Resume Game)

*** STIPULATIONS ***

* All code should be C# and XAML and compile in Visual Studio 11

* All work needs to build and run in Windows 8
