Connect Azure Server (Windows 2019) via site-to-site with on-prem Sophos firewall

I havee worked with different scenarios similar to this one. I got solid knowledge on what is probably happening in this case because i've face it on at least 4 differnt scenarios using Azure with different on premise devices. I'd love to be selected for this job and prove myself on this platform and start woking.
