The things needed to get done:

Install a RDS Farm, start with 1 server and will add another server once the first one is operational.

Setup sign on with O365 identity (not sure what it is called, but email and password from o365 account)

Setup o365 license etc for all users

Setup shared forlders (sync to local from sharepoint) Sync from and to sharepoint 24/7 for faster access for users.
