Disable charecter repeat on keyboard Windows 10

On the 'Ease of Access' settings screen, scroll down and select 'Keyboard' in the left-hand column. On the right of the screen, scroll down and under the 'Filter Keys' heading click or tap the On/Off toggle switch labelled 'Ignore or slow down brief or repeated keystrokes and adjust keyboard repeat rates'. 1 u should just make sure that ur keyboard is alright 2 try another keyboard if u need more help accept my req

You need to restore your system or configure last restore point the problem will solved . if its not get working we can make another way to get the work done.

I know a software can replace the key for another. I understand the key Is broken or with a problem, Is a laptop?
