I used a template for these documents from an existing Private Placement Document (PPM) It has been a nightmare...the footer numbering pages of Subscription Agreement repeats last two pages as 9 and 9 or if changed to 8 it repeats 8 twice. The spacing gets corrupt and as well as page borders are not uniform. Need it typeset for more professional appearance and sent back in both Word and PDF files
