I need an expert in Wordpress and DIVI to finish the migration of a site built in DesignFolio to DIVI. Must have 2-3 yrs DIVI development. You must be willing to provide a comparison (fit gap) between current live website and partically migrated site. We have been using our business website [login to view URL] for several years. A year ago we started conversion to a DIVI based website newserenityspa.inspiredayspa.com. The conversion is at 90%. The remaining work is as follows: - Perform a fit gap between the current site and the new DIVI site and produce a report identifying gaps between the two sites. - Migrate 20-25 blogs new blogs developed in old site since project started to the new DIVI site - Ensure all one-page links and one-page SEO (H1..H4, Bold, links etc) of current site exists in new DIVI site - Ensure that all media from old site is imported to WP and fully reachable in new site. All file names the same, Alt tags matching, URL matching etc. - Test that all pages are Google Mobile friendly The end result is a new website and mobile site developed in DIVI with all content migrated from old site and all content fully reachable in new site including links, pages, images etc. The new site does not need much changed cosmetically but all content, links and one-page SEO must be fully functional. Design changes are welcome to make site more user friendly. A good proposal will look at the new DIVI design [login to view URL] and make recommendations to improve usability. A good proposal shpuld name the tool that will be used to compares both old [login to view URL] website to new DIVI website and quickly identify gaps. Ideally submitting a gap analysis will help secure the project. A good proposal will have staff on hand with 2-3 years DIVI experience.
