Part A) Website: It is designed and developed in WordPress (Creative Agency) - We need to remove all extra codes, clean website, and working on the website to make faster. - SEO, (Working on SEO and make our website more professional becasue we are creative agency and our website should be perfect. - All comments, suggestion, and bugs, the problem for the website should be mentioned in your proposal. Google for business We already created our business on Google, it is already listed. We are looking for a person to help us to make more professional. If you think it is enough what we did, we can decide later to remove from the list. Digital Marketing Proposal: We are looking for the person to continue and working with us as monthly or project based. We have a budget to start online activity to find more clients. Hi there, I would be running diagnostics on the site to see where it is slowing down then either remove or minify those elements. A creative agency has a tendency to make everything "Big" resulting in a lot of unnecessary javascript - which slows the site down. But I really cant assess that until I see the site. I've also found that plug ins like Jetpack and Google Translate can negatively affect the speed of the site, so I would look at the performance of your plug ins and work with you on removing or changing the non-essentials. SEO - I will work with the Yoast SEO to clean up the site. I will also use long tail keyword research from 2 sources to find the best opportunities.
