Pre-developed wordpress theme modification

Please read carefully before bidding. Your quoted bid shall be taken final. I am developing a job portal based on a pre-developed WordPress theme. I would like to modify it to suit my design idea and include a new job search page along with functionality/features based on LinkedIn job search. NOTE 1: Do not bid if you have not read all the below points and the attached document carefully (attachment uploaded in my file area and can be viewed by anyone). The attached document gives precise details of what is required in terms of LinkedIn type job search as mentioned in point 1 below. Please note, the attached document does not give details on UI/UX changes or other changes mentioned in point 2, 3 and 4. I will have a separate document for this. But I believe these are not anything major. Mostly CSS changes. Most of these requirements are really not too complicated, please do not scare me or yourself from the size of PPT and justify cost based on the number of pages in the PPT. It is just a detailed documentation so you could do most of the work without my guidance. Here are what needs done: NOTE 2: Please read carefully the following and the attached document. As well as NOTES in the document attached. 1. The Most Important: Develop a new search result page similar to LinkedIn job search, with changes as noted in the attached PPT. Please read the notes within each slide. I need similar functions/feature and design. Connect the new search page to the existing WP theme, make it live on the hosting provider and make it work smooth without any issues. 2. UI/UX/design changes in the current theme. This means to do away with errors in the theme, deleting some form fields and adding some new ones. Change font size and color combinations. Make some changes in the footer and header, in the side menu display. Rename some fields and correct some grammatical errors in the theme form field language. 3. Google login integration - such that users can login with gmail - Need to just connect the API to my website. The theme already has this function. 4. Plus a few more minor additions and deletions here and there. I would like to work with someone who can dedicate time to this project full time till completion. Because, I would want you to be available to discuss progress. I would also appreciate if you are agile and open to making changes on the go. I will try my best to be as precise as possible about the requirements, but because, the nature of design work is such that one cannot tell how the actual design may turn out to be, I would like to work with someone who is patient and open to revisions when needed.
