seeking webmaster to update and adjust my Wordpress website

1. I have some site health issues i want to fix such as
File 1 + File 2 in attachment
2. When opening website, the banners on left and right side does not always loadm showing empty black space
I think it has to do with some missing file in health status. anyway, i want to fix this ASAP.
3. I would like to add a whatsApp forward button to the telephone numbers of the advertisers so when clicking on it you automaticly been forward to the whats app of the advertiser, at this moment you been forward to the phone, instead of whatsapp.
4. I would like to clean and speed up my website since one page takes some time to load and i know it can go lot faster, so who is able to help me with this important point, please let me know!
5. Activation to also upload videos for advertisers, and not only pictures.
Site is Wordpress hosted on a VPS server
