Wordpress theme to work correctly

I need assistance getting a wordpress theme to display correctly. I am currently using 'grey mac' theme although the twitter feed does not work and neither do blog posts, links or other info appear. [login to view URL] The aim of the wordpress blog is for us to send out regular TV casting updates and also for users to upload/embed their own youtube videos in order for them to be displayed in different categories of our blog. Can this be done through our current 'grey mac' theme? If not, can you provide a different slick theme which will have the embedding video function built in?
