wordpress (WooCommerce Subscription module)

Hello, this is hire company project manager, we have a new project for our online staffs, Hey there! As a recap, to be on the same page. We have a working Wordpress based website. We want to add a subscription functionality to it via WooCommerce Subscription plugin. We need to have the following features/options: - to have a block on the website, where a user is displayed different subscription plans. We will provide the text and all necessary data, but we need help building that block. - we need to allow our users to have an option to cancel the subscription within 30 days for free - we need to have a feature of monthly/annual subscription options - we need to have a single page checkout (no delivery, no shopping cart) it is a software product. - we need to collect 2 data fields from a customer: email and a custom data field (wallet ID). - we need to have a very basic dashboard or a process that will allow customers to cancel or renew their subscription. P.S. WooCommerce subscription plugin is already purchased and installed. Can you please also share your previous works or portfolio with websites using WooCommerce plugin. Since the work requires experience with this plugin, it is very important for us to be on the same page there.
