Technical Writer - Maintenance and Facilities

RNR Property Group is a boutique serviced office development and operating company specialising in high-end office space for creative and tech companies, start-ups and agencies. We are expanding fast and growing our portfolio successfully. This contract position is based in Shoreditch High Street and will be responsible for the creation of initial maintenance procedures and work instructions across 10 of our buildings.  Listing all areas of Health & Safety, Fire regulations using our existing building operating manuals ensuring we are in line with UK accepted standards. This position requires at least 10 years of experience within a Facilities/Maintenance Management position. A good understanding of best practices in the following areas for commercial properties: • General building maintenance, repairs and fittings • Provide an organised, safe and well maintained working environment • Health & Safety compliance and procedures  • Fire regulations and UK electrical requirements • Effective cleaning and hygiene standards in operational and non-operational areas
