Flash Portfolio with CMS using XLM or .NET

We have an existing website but wish to add a flash based portfolio which we can edit using a CMS page and add images and descriptions as we wish. This Flash portfolio must include some kind of administration page or screen which will allow us to add pages, add categories (like print, web, ecommerce, packaging, consulting, SEO, etc.), add content (including multiple images per project page, images and screen captures, headings, text, links to websites, etc.) and also needs to be able to run on a Windows Server. We currently do most of our programming in .NET and use MS SQL; however, if your CMS works from an XML file that would also work. We curreently have XML based flash photo galleries running, so we know it works. What we need is a bad-ass design that fits in with our color scheme and look. This will open in it's own page so it does not have to fit into the existing site pages at all. It does not have to be EXACTLY like our site. Provided we can run it on a windows server and we can modify the functionality if we need to in the future, we will be happy. Again, what we want is a bad-ass look and feel. :)

You will need to release moral rights to the project, will not be able to show it in your portfolio and will need to send us an invoice. If it's good, we can send you a ton of work. We are in desperate need of a good flash developer, particularly one who can connect to a database or equivalent.

I'm sure one of you out there has something already built that will work fine for this (including layout) and so can focus on the look of the GUI.

Once we select the developer we will send you a link to our site for reference on tying it in and links to some flash portfolios we like. We will add the majority of the content but will send you several pieces for testing and so we can see what it looks like. This should be a pretty simple project.

I will be personally inviting a few bidders and we will reserve the right to award this project early if we find someone we really like.

We are canceling this project and starting a new one with a higher budget since two people who originally bid have now complained about the budget and are asking for more.
