SQL script with XML parsing

We have a Microsoft SQL database filled with customer information.
This customer information has two fields:
- address customer
- address shop (where customer bought)
Using the Google Distance Matrix API, we wan't to calculate the distances between these two.
Example:
[login to view URL]|Seattle&destinations=San+Francisco|Vancouver+BC&mode=driving&sensor=false
Every day, the script needs to query the orders placed on that particular day.
Then run the XML query and write the result back to this SQL database.
An experienced coder can have this job done in a short period.
