Please see the attached file for more details (the file is an edited proposal from someone who had no time to make those changes but he wrote it so i can find other poeple to make those changes), here is a short list:
1. Change all my website codes to XHTML coding and to clean up all the codes.
2. Put a blog on my website
3. Put an RSS feed, also an area for me to put press releases and Articles.
4. Put an area for PDF files.
5. Someone who knows VERY GOOD about SEO (search engine optimization), I want if someone types any of my products I sell for example breast feeding, they should see my website on the top google search results.
6. Someone who knows all about metadata.
7. Someone who knows programming very well, like shopping carts, clients info, newsletters etc… of course all in XHTML codings.
8. designing my wesite in a professional and healthy look for herbal products.
