Build custom engine using Google CSE

I need a custom engine built using "Google CSE". This engine will search through 1,000 domains that I will provide you with.
When I build the engine myself using the web interface, it limits the results i receive per search to 10 pages (100 results). I need a way to get more than 100 results.
I have heard that there is some sort of API that gives you unlimited results, but I do not understand how to find it or set it up.
