[login to view URL] Safe Purchase This is a non bank card online payment service. A Member does not need to use their bank card to make a payment over the internet. This is a fraud free no risk payment option. All Safe Purchases must be prepaid by a cash payment at a WebPicID bank branch. Members shop online and put items in a cart shopping cart. Log off the shopping cart without paying. Log on to WebPicID and go to Safe Purchase. Fill in the form asking WebPicID to make the purchase. WebPicID checks to see if the Member has enough funds on hand to pay for the items.  If No: The Member is advised to make payment to WebPicID and report the payment. If Yes: WebPicID debits their account for the Safe Purchase amount. Then WebPicID checks to see if the Member is over 18 years old If No: WebPicID changes to recipient to the Member’s Parent/ Then WebPicID logs on to the Merchant website using the Members account and password. Checks that the amount reported matches the amount of the purchase. Makes the payment for the total amount of the Safe Purchase. The Merchant emails Member the confirmation, delivery date, and tracking information.
