Bala has over Six years of Web Application Development and Corporate IT Training experience in the B2C and B2B industry sector. Along with his IT work experience, he has over three years of work experience in Marketing. Bala started his work experience in IT, as an IT Consultant and Corporate IT Trainer, and has been working as an E-Commerce Solutions Architect, which includes Project Management, Pre and Post Sales engagement tasks, ERP and CRM Module Development. Bala has a Bachelors degree in Science, Graduate Diploma in Information Systems –from NIIT. He has excellent communication (both written and oral) skills; speaks three languages and understands further two; excellent people management and leadership skills, which he effectively utilizes in Project Management and Corporate IT Training roles. Bala has the ability to translate technical jargon into simple ‘English’ terms so executives/users can comprehend complex software processes easily.
