As we ask him creating design data for flyer printing in Japanese, we carefully tell him in detail about our project objective and requirements to go through. At the first time, we impressed his accomplishments of designs that we decide to choose him to be the best one to create the design data.But we felt somewhat weird that he push us to pay milestone asap like a skimmer. At the beginning we felt something wrong in communicating with him. He did not respond in timely manner even we understand time difference between Japan and India. His reply took me 3 days 5days after we sent corrections of proofreading. This is my really bad experience in crowdsourcing platform.
