 Typically manages the US Sales team in making sure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.  Coaching, counseling, providing feedback, handling disciplinary issues and providing positive recognition  Ensuring each Sales Executive meets his or her required goals including intraday schedule adherence, attendance, call center metrics, policy/handbook adherence, conduct and performance  Generate potential leads by making thorough research and mapping customer organization.  Planning and monitoring different accounts from assigned areas: through cold calling, regular follow ups, and emails.  Initiate calls and set meetings or conference calls with potential customers.  Works closely with the Sales Director, VP and CEO in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of Onshore/Offshore Work, Staff Augmentation, IT Services etc. to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
