I started in this field a little less than 10 years ago when a friend who works as an entertainer, asked me to manage his social media in order for him to help connect with his followers and build his social media following as well as keeping up with his emails for hirings. Since then, I’ve done this for different entertainers, a home for the aged and even a mobile phone and electronics company and much more. This experience has allowed me to be able to understand and meet the needs of different businesses who are neither “tech savy” or are unable to keep up with their customers to give them a more personal experience and even grow their sales numbers.
