This Freelancer was kind and professional, but did not do the job using commonsense. He transferred the images from an old online store to a new online store, but added the thumbnail image to both short description and detailed description. As anyone with commonsense understands ... when you visit an online store, you will first see small images of the list of products on that page. Once you click on an item you are interested in, you will see a larger image and a detailed description. This freelancer used the small image in both places, then blamed it on me because I wasn't specific enough. This is simply commonsense. Instead of doing one, then asking if it was correct ... they did 500 items before I noticed the problem, then told me I would have to pay more to have it done right. I literally cannot use half of the work they did. I tried really hard to be patient an understanding, but found myself in the wrong, according to them, every single time. Nice people, but lacking in the work. I did trust them enough to provide login info ... never had an issue with integrity ... the work was just not up to par.
