He got the work completed but due to a lack of communication throughout the process and difficulty in knowing what he was doing at each point led to some disagreements and me ending up having to build one of the pages on my own to save time. His IT skills are good. If he can work on his communication more and let customers know what he is doing/planning to do before he does something, he will have many positive Freelancer experiences.
