Portfolio

A DC-DC converter of my own design. Takes 48VDC and converts it to 350VDC utilizing the full bridge topology with high frequency transformers that I designed and built by hand. On-board Arduino to control safety features: overvoltage, under voltage, overcurrent, short circuit protections. Utilized active feedback to keep output voltage stable under varying loads. Achieved 93% efficiency at over 800W.

48-350 VDC DC-DC Boost Converter PCB

A DC-AC sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) board of my own design. Takes a DC voltages and inverts it into an AC waveform utilizing an off the shelf SPWM controller. Features a high current low pass filter to get 60Hz sine wave at output.
