Opencart Web Developer - Various Tasks

This guy is a nightmare form hell. If you want someone to screw everything up and undo years of hard work then hire him, he will screw absolutely everything up for you. Absolutely incompetent at the most basic of tasks. I believe he has the right intention, he is just massively incompetent. He messed up 95% of tasks i gave him, and he will always say its done or fixed, when it never is. He then dissapeared for more than a month when work was urgent. I regret hiring him so much.
