I believe that in today's world internet marketing is one of the most powerful marketing strategies to promote and grow a business or organisation. Studying for three years Business Informatics, participating in different types of training courses, triggered me to learn much more on human behavior, market analysis, innovation and customer engagement. I find the Interactive marketing strategy one of the greatest ways to raise customers responsiveness as it is a strong shift from one-sided customer interaction to a two-sided conversation.
