I am a regular column contributor to Mother Earth News Magazine with a regular series on Sustainable Development and Systemic Sustainability. (The only current contributor from the Philippines) I am also an experienced hunting and fishing guide, an avid outdoors lover and a homesteader constantly working to establish a more self-sustainable lifestyle. I am a published author and writer with three books, and over forty years of print and electronic publishing experience. I am currently seeking long-term business pursuits, consisting of authoritative and informative content. I have been certified as an ESL teacher since 1989, TESOL since 1993 and TEFL certified since 2007. I have over twenty years experience teaching English as a Second Language, including work for Hispanic Services of Northern Nevada, in China and with students from Africa, Korea, Japan and here in the Philippines as well. I generally work with adults teaching either Conversational English or business and industry specific English. Extra skills include teaching people to recognize and understand both local vernacular and colloquialisms for occasions when they may encounter someone whose English is challenging to understand.
