Ive been working as a Quantity Surveyor for almost 9 years. Ive been exposed to Civil Structural and Architectural works, using measuring tools like Blubeam. I had experiences working for an Australian Client, doing quantity take off for Residential Homes and Painting Works for Light and Large Commercial Projects. I know how to do cost planning, tender evaluation for a certain projects and i have experiences handling projects from precon to post con stage. Attending Prebid meetings, clarification and weekly coordination meeting., evaluation of variations claims and reconciliation with contractors by doing actual/joint measurement on site. Endorsement to clients of the General Con Progress Billings and variations claims. I am very eager to learn new things especially in terms of quantity surveying. Very open to constructive criticsm. I would like to work with transparency, like regular feedback, good communication, honesty and respect. I want to have a long term job in the company.
