Flutter IOS/Web app

Conor had personal issues apparently which prevented him from completing the project and I requested that we cancel the project, I paid him £20 for his time spent communicating with me. I didn't have confidence that allowing extra time would have resulted in a project completed to my satisfaction. Requested the budget be increased twice before even starting work, requested my Apple ID as his didn't work and when i requested to see the work to date it consisted of copying a project from github.
