Payroll administration knowledge: -drafting all the formalities for employment/dismissal/changing contractual labour terms, preparing the General Register of Employees; -compiling timesheets, payrolls and different other similar statements. -maintaining relationship with specialized public institutions. Taxation knowledge: -calculation of VAT, profit tax, local taxes; -preparing monthly/quarterly/ half-year and annual fiscal statements and occasional statements such as those for changing or for correction of tax vector; -fulfilling legal forms and statistical returns for companies developing external EU acquisition/ EU delivers or triangular transactions; -specific formalities for freelancers; -maintaining relationship with the local fiscal administration, with county general directorates of public finance, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance where appropriate. Others: -maintaining a permanent contact with National Trade Register Office; -following the procedural deadlines in the opened files under Law 85/2006 regarding insolvency and bankruptcy. Personal abilities: -team working, strong capacity of analysis, self-organized, able to work independently, able to search for continuous work improvement, by respecting the procedures of the company at the same time. -advanced computer knowledge (basic hardware knowledge, proficient user Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point, medium user of the other programs part of Microsoft Office Package, proficient user of Saga and DSoft accounting software, medium user of WinMentor and Ciel accounting software).
