This was a three month contract beginning late November 2007.

As a consultant for The Community College Foundation of California in Sacramento I developed and implemented a framework using SQL Server 2005, VB.NET, and C#.NET. to put their legacy system, Foster Youth ePassport on, which provided tools to track health and educational records for Foster Youth using a smart card. I also worked on a project named “Time and Attendance” that used a contact-less smart card for physical entry tracking. This system was developed with VB6 and a MS Access database.
