We have started this project on 04/23/2007, which supposed to be comleted in a month with 100 links. We made the advance payment and we only got 12 approved links since then (7 july 07). If you are willing to sit, writing emails to him everyday, asking for reply and links, and wait for such a long time, then hire this man. He is very good in making wrong commitment. Although he had refund the half money but we did not pay to take it back but for the work.
