• Monitoring and analyzing market trends (Eg.: SWOT / PEST & PESTLE)
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
• Preparing and managing marketing budgets.
• Managing the production of promotional material / e stationary
• Preparing paper advertisements, e flyers, leaflets etc.
• Liaising with other internal departments such as sales
• Producing and communicating analytical reports to monitor results
• Presenting findings and suggestions to CEO.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products and services. Identify potential customers developing their data bases.
• Educates entire organization by establishing programs/seminars in the areas patterns of existing and new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
