This NGO is completely run by foreign aid and an Expatriate worked with us all time. So, I was the head of the Organization management. The Expatriate was helping in all aspects with me and all sections for development, fund raising and discussing with me every matters i.e. Organization, recruitment and financial matters. So, I felt very interesting with help from expat and work. I have studied up to Master in University and worked with NGO’s long time. My development is there.
