Master in Telecommunication with 10 years of experience working with Telecom Operators worldwide and vendors. Some of the activities are rollouts; HW & SW integration, and verification; RAN optimization and drive test; and software development. During my career, I have faced a lot of challenges some of them are related to investigations such as handover procedure, debugging of SW with R&D, the rollout of LTE Network in big cities, network emergency handling; report of bugs to R&D that requires investigation, and understanding of the 3GPP standards for LTE; development of software for testing the radios; and leading teams to support customers and deliver SW for stakeholders. I motivate people to thrive, collaborate with each other to accomplish the goals stipulated for the project. Also, during the projects, transparency is the key factor at the moment to communicate the requirement of the project.
