The Project is based on tracking the objects at a public place and determines which one remains stationary and pose threat to the scenario . Used to assist security officers monitoring live surveillance video. The project is implemented in Java with Eclipse IDE and a moving surveillance camera The major advantage in this is it can identify both flat and non-flat objects.
