Client Management - · Maintain good professional relationship with the clients Responsible for day to day client processes/checks. · Act as client's point of contact for day to day operations service delivery. · Build & maintain client relationships (internal/external). · Build trust through demonstration of understanding of client system environment & processes. Role Delivery · Follow the schedule in terms of executing the assigned checks and deliver the same with utmost care to the clients · Clearly follow the documents provided by the clients/PMC, and ensures that information is added to the knowledge base. · Provide regular client and internal communication on assigned activities highlighting any issues that might impact delivery in the defined timescales to Team Leader/Operations Manager. · Understand and apply email etiquettes in communicating with the clients on day to day issues. · Basic understanding of IT support framework and processes.
